CONCEPT SUMMARY

WDG Real Estate Services provides real estate consulting and procurement at the front-end and back-end of a project. These services complement the professional design services provided by WDG Architecture. Clients will benefit from property selection and analysis at the beginning of their building process allowing the combined resources of Realtor® and Architect to offer practical solutions for better-informed property decision making. Similarly, at the completion of construction of a project, the combined resources of a Realtor® and Architect can provide home staging, listing agent services, and specialized showings or open houses with the WDG Principal designer. This benefit allows potential buyers to gain first-hand insight to design ideals and technical aspects of a project otherwise not communicated in traditional real estate service models.

LEADERSHIP TEAM

WDG Real Estate Services is led by Director, Courtney Jones, who is a licensed Realtor® affiliated with the downtown Naples brokerage of Premier Plus Realty. She is assisted by the Principals and Partners of WDG Architecture, Robert Mongillo and Thomas Jones, AIA. Both Partners oversee the design and management of all WDG projects. Together with Courtney, they offer comprehensive hybrid Real Estate solutions tailored to the client’s needs and goals. The team’s market focus is luxury single-family residential properties, luxury multi-family properties, and custom residential design in Naples, Marco Island, and destinations throughout Southwest Florida.
